Hi, I’m Lauren!! Born on the Capricorn-Aquarius Cusp of Mystery and Imagination, I’ve always felt a deep calling to help bring about a brighter world - one of equality, spiritual awareness, and reverence for one another and the Earth. I’m passionate about evolving consciousness, ancient esoteric sciences, and honoring the wisdom of Mother Earth and the Divine Feminine. Challenging as it may be at times, it’s a privilege to be alive at this time to witness and assist in the greatest shift in consciousness this planet has ever undergone.

For the past eight years, I’ve been devoted to learning (remembering) the Ancient Spiritual Paths and Healing Modalities. This wisdom has been the foundation of my own healing. The quest of remembrance has brought many trials and initiations along the way. I now support others through life’s trials and transformations - not just from knowledge, but from lived experience. It is an honor to hold space for these Phoenix cycles with compassion, safety, and reverence.

About My Journey - The Long Version

I originally graduated from the #1 International Business Program and #3 Global Supply Chain & Operations Management Program in the U.S. in 2017. I had done a study abroad in Chile as well as in Madrid, with an internship in Barcelona afterwards (& traveled throughout Europe, Morocco & Egypt - stories for another time). After graduating, I worked as a Business Strategy Consultant for IBM in NYC and Chicago for two years, consulting directly for Financial Services VPs and in-house for the IBM VP of Technology and Assets. Ironically, my least favorite areas were Finance, Tech, and the patriarchal corporate hierarchies that upheld them. That period of my life felt like a window into the highest level of "The System" - a backstage pass to see the mindsets and structures operating behind the scenes. Then, in one fateful weekend, everything changed. I stood up to a misogynistic boss, quit my job, ended a long-term relationship, and moved out of Chicago. That weekend marked the end of one life and the beginning of a series of awakenings - leading me back to my True Self.

Australia

Just days after rolling off that project, my former French roommate from Madrid called, inviting me to join him on a month-long road trip from Sydney to Melbourne to visit our former Australian roommates. I planned to stay for a month… but ended up staying for four years. Those years were the most beautiful of my life - filled with community, synchronicity, and a deep immersion into healing and higher consciousness. I lived in a van that I built out in nature for two years, stayed at eco-villages and regenerative farms from Tasmania to Byron Bay to the Daintree Rainforest, and participated in plant medicine ceremonies, Rainbow Gatherings, and initiations into ancient healing paths. Life felt very fifth-dimensional often, in a deep state of presence and alignment. During this time, I taught myself Evolutionary Astrology, Numerology, Human Design, Gene Keys, and Mayan Astrology, while also reading hundreds of books on Vedic philosophy, planetary cycles, interdimensional wisdom, and ancient spiritual traditions. I also trained in Somatic Trauma Therapy, Reiki, Kahuna Healing, and Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Healing.

Eventually, I felt called to continue my journey across the world. Rather than staying in Australia and pursuing a permanent residency, I returned to the U.S. - a challenging reintegration after such profound initiations in nature and high-vibrational communities. While flipping a house with my dad, I started my Kahuna Healing Practice as a side offering, which quickly grew into a full-time healing and teaching practice in Annapolis, MD. But I was not staying permanently - I had already booked a one-way ticket to India, set to leave six months after my return.

India

In 2023, I set off for Auroville, an intentional global community in Tamil Nadu, India, founded on the principles of Sri Aurobindo’s Integral Yoga. It was like stepping into a sovereign mini-nation within Pondicherry - offering every healing modality imaginable, from Sanskrit lessons to Watsu aquatic bodywork, holotropic breathwork, Iyengar yoga, world-renowned sound healing, and so much more. Cultures from across the world blended seamlessly, with restaurants and teaching hubs reflecting their origins. After six transformative weeks there, I traveled to the Ramana Maharshi Ashram at Arunachala to go deeper inward in meditation.

After some time at the ashram, I took an overnight bus to Kerala to study Ayurveda - the ancient 5,000+ year-old system of health and medicine. I trained in Ayurvedic Health Counseling and Ayurvedic Bodywork under the doctors at Kerala Ayurveda Academy. From there, I spent time at an Ashtanga center in Varkala, then at the Sivananda Ashram in Neyyar Dam, before heading north to Rishikesh for the International Yoga Festival. It was a deep dive into the many styles of yoga, leading into my 200-hour Kriya and Hatha Yoga training at Sattva Academy. Afterward, I returned to Rishikesh to stay with my then partner, who ran a yoga school there. While assisting at the school, I continued my studies - training in Swara Yoga, Yin and Yoga Nidra, and receiving Kriya initiation at the Kriya Ashram in Tapovan. We took a spiritual pilgrimage to the sacred Ganga River in Haridwar, visiting Ananda Mayi Ma’s Ashram and other sacred sites along the way.

By May, I had made my way up to the Himalayas, to Mcleod-Ganj - the home of the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan community in exile. It felt like stepping into another world, immersed in the richness of Tibetan culture, from intricate Thangka paintings to butter tea and momos. I was guided to Tushita, a world-renowned Buddhist teaching and meditation center. Just two days after arriving, I found myself joining a course on The Way of the Bodhisattva, taught by Geshe Lakhdor-la - who had served as the translator and right-hand man of the Dalai Lama and is now the Head of the Tibetan Library of Works and Archives.

Just days before the course began, the Rinpoche who led Tushita had consciously left his body - a true spiritual master who never slept and who passed with full awareness. As a result, the highest leaders of Mahayana Buddhism had gathered at Tushita for prayer and mantra ceremonies to guide his soul through the Bardo into a positive and swift reincarnation. I found myself in the heart of this sacred convergence, witnessing the unfolding of something profound. A few days after the course ended, I was hiking a mountain nearby with my friend and she asked if I wanted to stay overnight on top of the mountain. I replied that I had this feeling that I had to be at the Dalai Lama’s Residence tomorrow and that I might meet him (even though it was completely illogical bc he was not doing any visitations). The next morning, on our way to Tushita Morning Meditation, the monks came out running - “The Dalai Lama is doing a surprise appearance at his residence in 20 minutes!!! Meditation this morning is cancelled!”. We got in a tuk tuk to head over and catch his speech & low and behold - the tuk tuk license plate just in front of us the whole ride was 888 - 8 is the most auspicious number in Tibetan culture. We got to see him from a few feet away and it was such a special experience on my last day in Mcleod-Ganj. In hindsight, I realize all of this happened during an eclipse window on my North & South Node - talk about fated.

After returning to Rishikesh for a month, I headed back home to the US to re-open my Kahuna Healing practice back home and catch up with my clients there. I spent 4 months teaching Yoga, Workshops, and offering Healing Services at home. It was a beautiful time to reconnect with family & friends and bring back some of the magic I’d experienced to my Maryland Community. I was also continuing to dive deeper into Vedic Astrology studies with a teacher I had met in Rishikesh, Ritu Malhotra, via Zoom three times per week. I set off for Peru in September 2023.

Peru

In Peru, I began by visiting my former roommate from Madrid for a week in Lima before heading to Cusco and the Sacred Valley. I ended up living in the Sacred Valley for two months, immersing myself in Horary Astrology certification and deepening my Vedic Astrology studies. I felt an incredible resonance with the land—its peace, wisdom, and deep spiritual presence were palpable.

At the same time, it was a complex period of inner growth. Balancing my studies, personal healing, and efforts to launch an online business became especially challenging as the situation in Palestine rapidly deteriorated. I felt deeply disheartened and redirected much of my energy away from “work” toward humanitarian advocacy - using my voice for Truth and Compassion & centering Palestinian voices amidst the sea of injustice and misinformation.

During this time, I stayed with a friend I’d met in Auroville, India - originally from California - and also briefly reconnected with a dear friend I’d traveled with in Australia for years. He had just returned from a month with the Huni Kuin tribe in the Amazon, deepening his relationship with Ayahuasca. We all came together for a ceremony in the Sacred Valley when the Huni Kuin visited. That ceremony, and those that followed, were powerful portals for planetary healing and release.

We formed meaningful connections during those weeks and later harvested, prepared, and held ceremony with Huachuma in Kinsa Cocha, a stunning high-altitude mountain lake paradise above Pisac. It was an initiation into the ancient wisdom and Unity carried by the land. Truly, a profound experience.

For Christmas, we left Pisac to visit the Cordillera Blanca range and stayed in a cabin in Huaraz, nestled within the National Park. The beauty there was breathtaking—turquoise lakes and cascading waterfalls throughout the mountains. On New Year’s Day, we made our way to Máncora, where the desert meets the ocean. Soon after, we journeyed into the Amazon for my 29th birthday, where a last-minute decision (guided by synchronicity, I’d actually contacted the center months prior while still in India) led us to Ayamadre Center for a 5-week Ayahuasca immersion.

Ayamadre is the only Ayahuasca center in the Peruvian Amazon led by a female Shipibo shaman. Founded and guided by Maestra Estela, a “Mereya,” the highest level of shamanic initiation - she completed the Dieta de la Luz: fasting and meditating with sacred plants for over six months. She not only sang icaros to guide healing during ceremonies, but also shared deep teachings on the plants - their harvesting, applications, and the sacred art of Dieta. This was a profoundly transformative chapter that I’ll be sharing more stories about in time.

After our time at Ayamadre, we returned to the Sacred Valley for a final pilgrimage to Machu Picchu. While at the center, my friend’s psychic abilities had expanded dramatically, and she began channeling beings from Arcturus. At Machu Picchu, we microdosed mushrooms and meditated. She tuned into a City of Light within the site and received transmissions from the beings there. The next morning, at the Ollantaytambo ruins, I had a powerful realization of one of my Star Lineages: Andromeda (12th dimension). Simultaneously, my friend received visions of my soul's progression, from Andromeda to Pleiades to Earth. It’s hard to put it all into words, but it felt like a profound heart-homecoming.

Afterward, I traveled back to the U.S. and reopened my Healing Practice.

California, Costa Rica, & Colombia

Throughout 2024, I moved between my Healing work in Maryland and several visits to Marin County, Northern California—also traveling down through areas like Santa Barbara. On our first trip, my friend and I made a pilgrimage to Mount Shasta, where she tuned into the City of Light known as Telos. She received transmissions from the Lemurians (now, Telosians) who dwell there on the 5th-dimensional planes. Through her channeling, they offered encouragement and advice for the vision I’ve been nurturing for years: a Healing & Spiritual Center. They also shared a practice for Emotional Alchemy that has since become a powerful tool in my own process and client work.

During my time in California, I also deepened my connection with the Redwoods, wise, ancient beings that hold such potent peace frequencies. Walking among them felt like communion with the Earth’s original prayers. Truly magical guardians.

In the fall, I traveled to Costa Rica for a month and finally launched this website while living on the Caribbean coast. Afterward, my boyfriend and I spent a month in Colombia, visiting Tayrona Park and staying in a beautiful spot in the hills of Taganga. We immersed ourselves in the wonderful jungle, hiking, swimming, and letting the Caribbean waters cleanse and nourish us. It was such Soul Medicine to be on that land.

I had planned to connect with a remote tribe in Colombia to learn a sacred ceremonial dance for Harmony in Community—wisdom passed down from their star origins in Sirius. However, the timing didn’t align, as the Elder was away that week and then I came down with Covid. I trust the invitation will return in divine time… and I know I’ll be back.

After Colombia, I returned to the States—first Florida, then Maryland—where I reopened my Healing Practice again.
