What is Evolutionary Astrology?

Rooted in the work of Steven Forrest and Jeffrey Wolf Green, among others, this segment of astrology is centered on the idea that each person incarnates with a unique karmic history and a purpose for growth in this lifetime. There are two distinct styles of Evolutionary Astrology, focusing on:

  1. Pluto’s Placement (Jeffrey Wolf Green Method)
    Pluto represents the deep evolutionary impulses that drive the soul across lifetimes. It reveals where we’ve been, our karmic patterns, and what must be transformed to move forward.

  2. The Lunar Nodes (Steven Forrest Method)

    The South Node symbolizes past-life tendencies, skills, and unresolved karma and the North Node points toward new growth, highlighting the lessons and qualities the soul seeks to cultivate in this incarnation. She has also deepened her studies through the Rasa Lila School of Astrology, the Horary Astrology course from the School of Traditional Astrology, and countless books and online mini-courses.

    In addition to Western astrology, Lauren has studied Mayan Astrology through Kenneth Johnson’s teachings and Vedic Astrology under her 1:1 mentor, Ritu Malhotra, in North India.

    With six years of practice, she combines the theoretical with tangible real life case studies and offers a holistic and deeply insightful approach to astrology.
