*Optional Extension until May 21st for Ayahuasca Ceremony with Maestra Estela
Journey through the Sacred Valley
An 8-day journey through the Sacred Valley, Peru — a sacred immersion for women who feel the call to reconnect with Ancient Sites, the Wisdom of Nature, their Higher Selves, and the Power of Sacred Sisterhood.
This retreat is for the woman who knows there’s more—who’s ready to remember her magic, walk with reverence, and root into the beauty of her purpose. If you’re longing for deep connection, ceremony, healing, and aligned adventure, this is for you.
Medicine, Magic, and Sisterhood
From the vibrant energy of Cusco to the sacred lands of the Sacred Valley and the awe-inspiring Machu Picchu, this retreat is an 8 day immersive journey into the heart of Peru’s magic.
Our adventure begins in Cusco, where you’ll have the option to take a guided tour through the city’s rich history, exploring ancient streets, vibrant markets, and sacred sites that still hold the echoes of the Incan Empire. In the evening, we’ll gather for a special Andean dinner, savoring the local flavors as we set our intentions for the journey ahead.
The next day, we travel to our serene retreat center in Calca, nestled in the Sacred Valley, where we’ll spend five nights. Each day, we’ll begin with yoga and movement practices, followed by excursions to Sacred Sites, Ceremony, transformational workshops exploring personal healing, Human Design, and Indigenous Peruvian Wisdom. We’ll take guided walks through the valley, connecting with the land and the wisdom of the mountains. We will engage in traditional crafts and ceremonies with Peruvian elders, honoring the indigenous knowledge that has been passed down for generations. Throughout, we’ll be nourished by home-cooked Peruvian meals, lovingly prepared with local, organic, vegetarian ingredients.
From there, we journey to the Ollantaytambo ruins, stepping into the mysteries of this ancient site before boarding the Machu Picchu train to Aguas Calientes. As the sun rises the next morning, we ascend to the legendary Machu Picchu, absorbing its mystical energy. Here, we will engage in a psychic guided session, tuning into the City of Light within Machu Picchu, allowing us to connect with the ancient wisdom imprinted in the stones and the spirit of the land. After taking in the magic, we’ll descend on foot through the lush rainforest, followed by a well-earned soak in the Machu Picchu hot springs.
We then return by train to Ollantaytambo for a celebratory final dinner and closing circle, reflecting on the transformation of our journey. The next morning, you may take a shuttle to the airport in Cusco or continue deeper into the magic—joining an optional four-day extension with Maestra Estela, a Mereya (Master Shaman) from the Peruvian Amazon, for two private Ayahuasca ceremonies held in the Sacred Valley.
This retreat is more than a trip—it is a profound homecoming to yourself, Mother Nature, and sacred sisterhood.

Experience the Magic of Peru
The land of Cusco and the Sacred Valley pulses with an ancient magic, a wisdom woven into the very fabric of its mountains, rivers, and sacred sites. With ancient history that far precedes the Incan Empire, Cusco still hums with the echoes of a civilization that saw the earth as a living, breathing being—an extension of themselves. Wandering its cobbled streets, you’ll find colonial cathedrals built atop Incan & Earlier temples, vibrant markets filled with handwoven textiles, and an air of reverence that lingers in the high-altitude sky. The city is a portal, a bridge between past and present, where history is not just remembered but felt.
Beyond Cusco, the Sacred Valley unfolds in a breathtaking expanse of emerald peaks, terraced fields, and rivers that mirror the Milky Way above. This land has long been a place of ceremony and transformation, where the Apus (mountain spirits) stand as guardians, and the energy of Pachamama, Mother Earth, is palpable in every step. The people here still honor the old ways, offering coca leaves in gratitude, weaving their stories into intricate textiles, and holding ceremonies that bridge the seen and unseen worlds.
From the majestic ruins of Ollantaytambo to the mysticism of Machu Picchu, the Sacred Valley is a place of deep remembrance. It calls to those seeking clarity, healing, and a return to the rhythm of nature. To walk this land is to walk in communion—with the ancestors, with the spirits of the mountains, and with the sacred pulse of life itself.

Medicines we will journey with (Optional)
-
Huachuma (San Pedro) is a master teacher of interconnection, dissolving the illusion of separation and rooting us into the wisdom of the natural world. It clears emotional stagnation, softens the heart, and teaches strength through surrender. By opening our perception, Huachuma helps us feel the pulse of life in all things, deepening our bond with nature and reminding us of our place within it.
Lauren will guide us to make our own medicine from the locally harvested cactus. Optional Huachuma Ceremony when we visit the Sacred Site, Kinsa Cocha.
-
Cacao is a heart medicine that fosters connection, self-love, and emotional openness. It melts inner resistance, allowing grief, joy, and tenderness to flow freely. Through its uplifting and grounding energy, cacao deepens our connection to ourselves and others, guiding us into a state of love, gratitude, and presence.
We will have Cacao Ceremonies with locally grown cacao from a Peruvian family farm to open the retreat circle, with Peruvian Elders, on the Waterfall Hike, and with Ecstatic Dancing.
-
Magic Mushrooms (Psilocybin) reveal the intricate web of life, showing us that everything is connected—within and beyond us. They dissolve the boundaries of self, allowing us to experience unity with nature, the cosmos, and the depths of our own being. By awakening a sense of awe and belonging, mushrooms guide us back to the wisdom of the earth, restoring harmony between our inner and outer worlds.
Optional Mushroom Microdose at Machu Pichu! This is how Lauren first experienced Machu Pichu in 2024 when she and her friend tuned into the City of Light within the mountain through meditation.
-
Ayahuasca is a medicine of deep purification, bringing unconscious wounds to the surface to be released. It works through visions, purging, and direct communion with Spirit, dissolving the weight of past pain and ancestral burdens. By stripping away illusions, Ayahuasca reveals our truth, reconnecting us with the sacredness of existence and the profound intelligence of life itself.
Optional 4-7 day extension with Lauren’s Shipibo Maestra from the Peruvian Amazon, Maestra Estela. Maestra Estela has accepted the invitation to fly into the Sacred Valley to hold us in 2 Private Ayahuasca Ceremonies after the 8 day retreat for those who wish to extend.
-
The temazcal is a traditional ceremonial sweat lodge, offering a deep purification of body, mind, and spirit. This ancient ritual, guided by sacred steam and ritualistic prayer, invites profound release, healing, and renewal as we connect to the elements of fire, water, earth, and air.

Altitude sickness is something to be aware of when traveling to the Sacred Valley. The region sits at a high elevation, with Cusco around 3,400 meters (11,150 feet) and the Sacred Valley itself ranging from about 2,700 to 2,900 meters (8,800 to 9,500 feet). While many people adjust just fine, some may experience symptoms like headaches, nausea, fatigue, or shortness of breath during the first day or two.
We recommend arriving a day or two early to allow your body time to acclimate, staying well hydrated, avoiding alcohol upon arrival, and resting as needed. Coca tea and certain natural remedies are also commonly used locally to ease symptoms. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, it’s a good idea to consult your healthcare provider before the trip.
We’ll be taking things gently at the beginning of the retreat to support a smooth transition and give your body time to adjust to the altitude.
-
No - you do not! These will be introduction workshops to teach you the foundations of the system and of your chart. This way everyone can integrate their understanding of themselves and each other as we progress throughout the week together!
-
You are more than welcome to join the retreat even if you choose not to partake in plant medicine. Participation is always optional, and we deeply honor each person’s path, pace, and intuition.
The retreat is designed to be a rich, nourishing experience on many levels — with or without medicine. The ceremonies take place in sacred natural settings and offer a deeply healing container through music, meditation, breathwork, prayer, and connection to the Earth. Simply being present in these ceremonies can bring profound insight, emotional release, and spiritual connection.
You’ll also receive so much through the other offerings — from yoga and astrology to energy healing, nature immersion, and heart-centered community. Every part of the retreat is curated to support your growth, healing, and inner alignment.
Trust that however you choose to engage, you'll be held with love and care.
